The NBA draft took place last night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. As always, this is one of the most attractive events in the sports world, and it was no different last night.

The overcrowded arena was delighted to see some of the future stars, who are going to mark the next decade in the strongest basketball league on the globe.

The first pick was as expected Zion Williamson, who went to New Orleans Pelicans. The strong power forward is said to be the best player on the draft since LeBron James. He is the College Player of the year and the biggest basketball sensation since appearing in high school. The Pelicans, who recently stayed without Anthony Davis, now found a perfect replacement for the Eyebrow, and have picked two more first-rounders.

From the 8th place, they took Jaxson Hayes, the center from Texas and Nickeil Alexander-Walker, guard from Virginia Tech, at No. 17.

Ja Morant was second and went to Memphis, while RJ Barrett, Zion’s teammate from Duke, ended in New York behind him.

Morant is the new Russell Westbrook with improved shooting skills, and he will be the foundation of the new Grizzlies’ team. On the other side, Barrett, who is probably the best package in the entire draft, will become the leader of the fallen Knicks.

Atlanta Hawks picked twice among top 10 picks. They took DeAndre Hunter at place No.4 and third player from Duke Cam Reddish as the 10th pick.

Darius Garland, who played only five games for Vanderbilt because of an injury is picked fifth by the Cavs, while Texas Tech Red Raiders’ Jarrett Culver ended in Minnesota, who traded its way up to reach this guy.

Coby White, UNC’s point guard, goes to Chicago from place seven, and Rui Hachimura, the first Japanese ever drafted ended up in Washington as No.9.
