After two amazing comebacks in semi-final games, Tottenham and Liverpool will play in this year’s Champions League Final. The game will take place at the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano in Madrid on June 1st, with kick-off at 21:00 SAST.

With just four days until kick-off, there is a lot of mystery surrounding the injury situation around crucial players in both teams.

Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp has two injured players. Hard-working midfielder Naby Keita and unpredictable Brazilian Roberto Firmino. Today at a press conference Klopp said that Keita will definitely miss the final, while the situation around Firmino is much better and he is expected to be fit for the game. The Brazilian missed the second leg against Barcelona and the final few games of the Premier League season due to a groin problem.

On the other side, Tottenham manager, Mauricio Pochettino has told the press that it is too early to tell whether Harry Kane will be fit to face Liverpool on Saturday. Kane has returned to training, but he is still highly doubtful for the Final.

That injury news affected the betting market, and for now, Liverpool are considered to be the slight favorites for the final, as odds at BetXchange suggest.
