EFC 74 Preview and Betting odds

Kabesa vs Murrie

A force to be reckoned with – in only his seventh fight in the organisation, Kabesa managed to capture the EFC featherweight world championship by defeating the formidable Danny Henry. With his world class wrestling pedigree he has managed an impressive ten wins, six finishes and multiple title defences in his career. A highly skilled all rounder and ability to construct strong finished means that Kabesa is certainly a man to watch out for.

Callum Murrie has been described as a man that asks big questions of his opponents in the Hexagon. With his fast footwork and sneaky striking ability he has proven to be somewhat unpredictable. He is a Taekwondo World Champion and 10th Planet BJJ Brown Belt. He had an impressive victory recently over former title challenger, Pierre Botha showcasing his strong submission ability.

Prediction: Kabesa has more experience and home-ground advantage and so should take the title.

Current EFC Betting odds: Kabesa 11/20 to Murrie 14/10

Seabi vs Merton

Conrad Seabi is a solid striker with 5 wins to 4 losses. He takes on the lesser known Max Merten from Germany. Merten has had 1 win to 2 losses in his EFC career which could be equally good and bad for Seabi. Good in that he has less fights under his belt and bad that he probably has the drive and tenacity to win this one.

Prediction: Given Seabi’s experience in the Hexagon, he may take it.

Current EFC Betting odds: Seabi 6/10 to Merten 12/10
