WBC heavyweight champions Deontay Wilder has revealed that he has signed contracts for his next two fights.

The first of which will see him come up against Luis Ortiz, before a date with Tyson Fury in early 2020. The rematch between two of the top heavyweights in the world will come as a welcome for fight fans, as they get the chance to have a clear winner in the fight following a contentious draw between the pair in December 2018.

This means that Anthony Joshua, who is the favourite with BetXchange to extend his unbeaten run against Andy Ruiz Jr in New York this weekend, will have to wait before having the chance to unify the division.

Boxing fans were left wanting more following the Fury bout with Wilder in December. The draw is the one blotch on either fighters record. However, the result was matched with criticism by fans; with many believing that Fury had done enough to win.

Meanwhile, Fury will be in action Stateside in June, as he is the BetXchange heavy favourite to beat Tom Schwarz in Las Vegas.
