Serie A brings two massive games this Sunday, and for all the fans around the world, this afternoon will be a delight.

First, we have a clash between Juventus and Napoli in Turin, and later during the night, a game in the Italian capital, where Roma hosts Milan. Needless to say how big both games are, as they can impact a lot regarding the Serie A standings and possibly the final order in the same.

Juventus VS Napoli

Juve needs to win here; otherwise, their battle for the Champions League spot next year will be very, very difficult. The Old Lady is still very inconsistent, and they aren’t posting results as expected.

A loss to Cagliari last weekend, 1-0, and a tie vs. Lecce at home, 1-1 at the start of the month could cost them a lot. Sure, Juve beat Benfica 2-0 this Wednesday, but that won’t count too much if the most decorated Italian unit fails to take three points in this event.

Juventus is excellent at home, having not lost a single game since the season started. Though, we have to add that many of those events saw a tie in the end, yet that was in the opening part of the campaign. Now, Juve has 6 wins and a draw in the last seven at the Allianz Stadium.

Napoli is on the decline, having drawn 4 of its past 5 games, with a 1-0 win over Sassuolo in the meantime. The team is without a loss for the past 9 events, but these ties have allowed Inter to get away in the Serie A standings.

The most recent event Conte’s unit had was in the UCL in Copenhagen, where they took just one point, 1-1, despite having a player on the field for more of the second half. Actually, Napoli conceded a goal during that period.

Napoli’s away games are inefficient, with 8 of the past 9 seeing under 2.5 hits.

Knowing Juve and Napoli, this game won’t bring too many goals. Especially because of the rivalry, tension, and the stakes. Therefore, under 2.5 hits is the best pick here.

Roma VS Milan

Roma is in good shape, and apart from losing to Torino in Coppa Italia, they have 4 wins in a row, including the one to Stuttgart in the Europa League this mid-week, 2-0.

They are 4th in the standings, 4 points behind Milan, and have the toughest defense in Serie A, conceding only 12 goals so far. That’s Gasperini’s credit, as he managed to tighten up the back line.

So far this year, Roma has 7 wins and 3 defeats at home in Serie A, with a goal difference of 13-5. Three of their past five contests at the Olimpico saw them keep a clean sheet.

Milan is unbeaten in its last 6 games, with 4 wins and 2 draws. All but two of those games ended under 2.5 goals, and that tells enough about Milan’s playstyle.

Also, when analyzing Rosonerri’s away games, we can see that 6 of the last 8 concluded with 2 goals or fewer, which is yet another proof that this team plays tight, inefficient games.

As you can see here, both teams are very rigid and apply conservative tactics, meaning they orient to protect their goal first and attack after. So, the best and safest bet for this matchup is Under 2.5 goals.
