Dubious (21-2, 20 KOs) is 27 years old, but most pundits think he started taking tough matches too early. The Dynamite was one of the biggest British prospects and Joshua’s natural replacement. However, he still didn’t become a superstar like his compatriot.
Dubois was, among others, a British Commonwealth champion when he lost his first fight in 2020 to Joe Joyce. Yet he would win the WBA title in 2022 against Trevor Bryant, retained against Kevin Larena before challenging Usyk for the heavyweight crown.
