You will have the opportunity to predict the winners of each game week to win your share of the growing pot each week. Betxchange will add R50 000.00 to the pot each game week. If there is no correct prediction for the game week the R50 000.00 will be carried across to the next week until a correct prediction is placed where the winner will get the full pot/winners will split the pot equally. Live in play bets exist after the start of the game week and therefore are not permitted and will not constitute a “Qualifying Bet”. Predictions / Challenge Entries a. Betxchange will always release prediction entries based on set opening and closing dates, any submissions placed outside of these times will not be permissible for entry and will be abandoned, timestamps will be audited. b. Each prediction window opens at the start of the previous game week. c. Once your prediction is submitted it is final, no cancelation will be permitted. d. There will always be 10 games to predict on in any game week regardless of the schedule. e. In the case that there are less than 10 fixtures in a premier league game week, Betxchange will select other matches from major leagues to fill the prediction. In the case that there are more than 10 Fixtures set out in the game week we will select only 10 fixtures of the game week. f. Limited to one entry per customer per game week and only first selections will be eligible for entry. g. In the case of a branch entry you will be required to provide your Xrewards account number, Online clients from www.betxchange.com or www.keithho.co.za are required to use their account numbers upon entering your prediction. h. Accounts that do not have valid FICA before submitting the entry will forfeit their winning’s. Prize Money and Winnings a. Winners will be audited if it is found that the promotion has been manipulated, for example if a customer enters more than once by way of using another account, the prize will then be forfeited, all winners have to be unique. b. Prize money will be given as a balance in your online wallet or in the case of branch entries in your cash account wallet and is available for immediate withdrawal. c. Resulting will happen on the next day after the game week has closed, unless it falls on a weekend in which case resulting will happen on the following Monday. d. If the pot for a particular game week is won by more than one person it will be equally divided by the winners, for example, if the pot is R50 000.00 and 3 people win that particular game week, each person will be renumerated with 1 third of the pot, being R16 666.66 each. e. Should a customer win any amount above R100 000 betxchange reserves the right to advertise the win on any platform they see fit Disputes and Suspensions a. In the event of unresolved disputes, Betxchange will forward the relevant dispute details to the Relevant gambling board, based on where the entry takes place, for example if the entry is submitted online it will be sent to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board, alternatively the individual/customer can forward the dispute details to the relevant gambling board. b. Betxchange reserves the right to suspend, vary, postpone, or terminate the competition and any prizes that have not been won or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without prior notice, and in the event of such, Betxchange will alert the relevant board with the relevant details. c.
