Round 11 of the English Premier League kicks off on Friday night, and brings some fabulous matches, among them the Manchester derby, between City and United. So stay tuned to read BetXchange preview with odds and picks included.
Southampton VS Aston Villa
The Saints are showing signs of life and are without a defeat in three straight EPL games. Nobody can deny that Southampton’s progress. On the other side, Aston Villa is on the downhill, losing four straight, in each one allowing two or more goals. Our pick here would be Southampton, who looks more confident at the moment.
Pick: Southampton 1.04 at BetXchange
Manchester United VS Manchester City
The Red Devils are still keeping Solskjaer despite an obvious lack of quality on his side. He is the only reason we are giving an edge to City in this derby. After 0-5 against Liverpool, there wouldn’t be any logic in backing up some other picks.
Pick: Manchester City 0.73 at BetXchange
Brentford VS Norwich
The Canaries are still without a win in the EPL, while on the other side, the Bees slowed down following a very surprising start. Brentford lost the last three games and is now in the middle of the standings, and this matchup is an excellent chance for them to get back on the winning ways. Norwich is by far the worst team in the league, and the hosts need to use that.
Pick: Brentford 0.64 at BetXchange
Chelsea VS Burnley
We don’t need to write too much here. The Blues are far better than the Clarets. The hosts have seven wins in a row and played very well in recent times, unlike the guests who recorded a win last week for the first time since late September.
Pick: Chelsea -1.5 0.78 at BetXchange
Brighton VS Newcastle
The new Saudi owners might see the Magpies starting the 2022 season in the Championship. If Newcastle doesn’t improve significantly in the next few games, this would be a realistic scenario. The team from up north doesn’t have a single win so far and now travel to meet Brighton. The Seagulls are without a win for a long time as well, but after a solid start, they occupy a place in the middle of the standings.
Pick: Under 2.5 goals 0.75 at BetXchange
Crystal Palace VS Wolves
These two sides are in solid form, without a loss in the past five games. The hosts had four draws in a row, but then a win in Manchester over City. Meanwhile, Wolves won four of the recent five events. In our personal opinion, both teams to score is the best choice here, as that happened in the majority of the respective matches of these two teams.
Pick: Both teams to score 0.92 at BetXchange
Arsenal VS Watford
The Gunners are in a must-win situation, and that is it. We don’t need to explain too much here, simply after three straight wins, failing to deliver three points at home, would be a disaster.
Pick: Arsenal 0.40 at BetXchange
Everton VS Tottenham
Antonio Conte starts his new Premier League chapter at Goodison, against pale Toffees, who have three losses in a row. Tottenham suffered a big defeat last week to United at home, which was the reason for Espirito Santo’s departure. Our pick here would be both teams to score.
Pick: Both teams to score 0.77 at BetXchange
West Ham VS Liverpool
The Reds are probably the best team in Europe right now, as they smash everything that stands in their way. But the Hammers are also in terrific shape, and we expect this one to be a very interesting game. High efficiency is simply a must here.
Pick: Over 2.5 goals 0.45 at BetXchange
Leeds United VS Leicester
Both teams are struggling to provide consistency, and have mixed results. On top of that, the injuries are creating a lot of problems for both coaches. Both teams scoring is the best choice here.
Pick: Both teams to score 0.55 at BetXchange
