Bundesliga round 19 is ahead. BetXchange is here with some fresh previews and picks, and that’s always interesting, so stay with us for the next few minutes. Things are a bit heated at the moment, with Bayern struggling to regain its usual pace, and other rivals closing the gap between them and the champions.

The derby of the round is in Wolfsburg, where Bayern visits the Wolves in the last meeting of the round. Other exciting contests are in Monchengladbach, where Borussia hosts Schalke and Dortmund, where Freiburg comes to challenge the Millionaires.

Wolfsburg VS Bayern Munich

The Wolves lost back-to-back games, one in the Bundesliga, 2-1 in Bremen against Werder, and 2-1 in Berlin against Union in DFB Pokal. Previously, the Wolves had two magnificent performances prior to that smashing the rivals. At first, they demolished Freiburg 6-0 at home, and then, Hertha in Berlin, 0-5, without a doubt. Wolfsburg has four wins in the past five home games, and one draw, scoring at least two goals in each.

Meanwhile, Bayern has three draws in a row, and they haven’t won an official game since the World Cup ended. All of those three events concluded with the same result, 1-1, one by one against RB Leipzig, Koln, and Eintracht Frankfurt.

Wolfsburg likes to play open and efficient matchups and prefers an offensive-minded approach, the same as Bayern, who maybe isn’t scoring as many goals as they should but are still pretty good up front. Meanwhile, neither side is consistent in the back line, and that’s why we take over 2.5 goals.

Pick: Over 2.5 goals 2/5 at BetXchange

Borussia Dortmund VS Freiburg

The Millionaires are on fire, with three wins in a row after the restart. They beat Augsburg at home, 4-3, Mainz on the road, 1-2, and Leverkusen 0-2. Borussia was better than Bayer, which is the main proof of their excellent form. The most recent four Bundesliga events in Dortmund were with over 2.5 goals.

Freiburg had mixed success with one win, loss, and draw this year. It opened with a disastrous defeat, 6-0 on the road in Wolfsburg, then 1-1 at home against Eintracht before beating Freiburg 3-1 at home. Last five of their contests were with both teams to score, and only one during that stretch was under 2.5 goals.

The Millionaires seem very strong, with the offense in the middle of their attention now. Freiburg’s matches include lots of goals (on both ends), but overall, their defense isn’t powerful enough to stop Borussia on Saturday. That’s why we pick the hosts to triumph.

Pick: Borussia Wins 2/3 at BetXchange

Borussia Monchengladbach VS Schalke

This would be a massive derby a few years ago, but now, it is a meeting in which one team is an absolute favorite over the other. Borussia chases the European competitions, while Schalke sits dead last in the Bundesliga standings.

Borussia lost the opening two events before beating Hoffenheim on the road, 1-4, in a game that saw the guests dominating the pitch throughout all 90 minutes. Monch is solid at home, having six wins and three defeats in nine games at home, with a 22-13 goal difference.

The Miners didn’t post a single game victory on the road this year, and in eight outings, Schalke had just two draws and six defeats, scoring four times but conceding 16.

Our pick is Borussia to win. It isn’t about Borussia’s strength here, but about Schalke’s poor form and lack of quality. That’s why we pick the home team to triumph.

Pick: Borussia Monchengladbach 11/20 BetXchange
