The rematches of the Champions League quarterfinals are ahead. We are here not only to deliver the previews but picks as well. We have four games, two for Tuesday and two for Wednesday.

Instead of giving a long intro, we are skipping right onto the games. By the way more soccer odds can be found on this link.

Aston Villa vs. PSG

The Villains took the lead in Paris, but after that, it was all about PSG. Unai Emery’s team was crushed and didn’t stand a chance against the Saints, who eventually won 3-1. However, Villa didn’t have too much trouble recovering, with them visiting Southampton and beating them 0-3 on the road. This was their seventh event in a row which saw three or more goals.

On the other hand, PSG didn’t play this weekend, so Luis Enrique’s boys had enough time to recover and rest. The Saints have 7 wins in a row and look pretty confident, which is why many see them as the biggest contender to win the Champions League title.

Despite playing at home, Aston Villa won’t win this one, in our opinion. They have a much tougher rival across the field than those in the EPL, and we predict another triumph for the French team.

Dortmund vs. Barcelona

We saw everything in the opening meeting. Barcelona is at least one level above the Millionaires, who did bounce back after that loss. They stayed unbeaten in Munich against Bayern, 2-2, but that won’t help them too much when it comes to this event. Borussia’s defense has been exposed. After a few games early on, when Kovac took over the managerial spot, the back line became unstable, and it’s no wonder Borussia has allowed a goal in the last eight games.

Barcelona had a nasty game against Leganes, where they won, 0-1. Their sight is still set on both La Liga and the UCL title, which is why winning these “small” matches is a must. Blaugrana is fantastic under Hansi Flick, and it scored 4+ goals in a game in 21 matches this year.

That’s why we believe they’re going to win this game as well. Simple as that.

Inter Milan vs. Bayern Munich

Inter got what it wanted in Munich. They had their chances, used them, and let Bayern have the initiative. The Bavarians had some chances, but it was obvious they were nervous, unlike their Italian rivals, who held their composure tight all the time. Inter has 12 games in a row without a loss, which is a great thing for the morale ahead of this event.

Bayern flipped the result against Borussia, but only to allow a goal near the end and drop two points. This was another hit for the Bundesliga powerhouse, especially Vincent Kompany, who doesn’t seem fit for this role right now. Simply, he doesn’t reflect Bayern’s winning mentality, and that’s it.

Inter will advance to the next round, that’s our pick for this one. We won’t bet on the game itself but chose to back up Nerazzurri to reach the semis.

Real Madrid vs. Arsenal

Kylian Mbappe’s red card against Alaves clearly shows that things aren’t right in Madrid. Real won 0-1, but overall, there was plenty of tension on the pitch, and the body language of the Los Blancos’ players showed plenty of issues. Real didn’t win in the last two games at home, and what is even more worrying for their fans is that Ancelotti’s boys have just one clean sheet at Bernabeu in the previous 10 events.

Arsenal played 1-1 against Brentford at home, wasting a win over Real to gain even greater momentum before the rematch. However, this isn’t painful at all, as the Gunners can’t reach Liverpool in first place, while on the other hand, they are more or less safe in second place. They play dull and inefficient football on the road, with seven of the last 10 road meetings ending with under 2.5 goals.

This game will include tension, and we believe there will be at least one red card included. And yes, this is our pick for this event.
