Conor McGregor
Mystic Mac has been teasing the event for nearly a year and now the man from Dublin is set to make $100 million from this fight.

McGregor, a professional MMA fighter, has an impressive UFC record and is the reigning Lightweight Champion and former Featherweight Champion.
McGregor is a great striker and has a powerful left hand which has helped him to a number of victories in MMA fights, most notable a 13 second knockout of Jose Aldo in the first round.

Floyd Mayweather
After retiring in 2015, the multi-divisional boxing world champion was “coaxed” out of retirement to face McGregor in Las Vegas due to the attractive financial incentive. Both men are expected to earn over $100 million for the fight.

Mayweather has the perfect 49-0 record and is a five division world champion. He is referred to as the best defensive boxer in history as well as one of the most accurate punches in recorded history.

Floyd Mayweather jnr versus Conor McGregor – the richest, most-hyped and over-the-top boxing fight in history – will be broadcast live on DStv’s SuperSport 2 and Maximo 1 across Africa in the early hours of Sunday, August 27.
SuperSport will cross to Las Vegas at 3am (CAT) for the action-packed undercard with the main bout expected to start after 5am (CAT).
The entire tournament will be broadcast to DStv Premium subscribers only in High Definition from the T-Mobile Arena.
Rules of the Fight
The fight will be held under boxing rules, so no leg kicks, takedowns, etc. and the pair will wear 8oz gloves.
