Fans of celebrity boxing are set for a treat in 2021, as it has been revealed that two former World’s Strongest Man winners will meet in a boxing match for the first time. Eddie Hall won the World’s Strongest Man title in 2017, while Hafthor Bjornsson won the title in the following year.

The Beast vs The Mountain: The History
The event promises to generate a lot of attention and could prove to be one of the most-watched celebrity bouts of all-time. These kinds of events have been getting more popular over the past couple of years, with boxing promoter Eddie Hearn behind the September rematch between KSI and Logan Paul. The event took place in Los Angeles, with the event being the third-most viewed fight in 2019.
The same records could be broken in this bout, with the rivalry between the two giants being evident. Bjornsson issued the challenge shortly after breaking Hall’s deadlift record in April. The Beast quickly accepted the challenge, before The Mountain revealed that the bout would be taking place in September on his social media channels, and he will enter the fight as the 0.50 favourite with BetXChange.
The Mountain issued the challenge after revealing that The Beast had been running his mouth for the past couple of months. He claimed that now he had broken his deadlift record, he will knock him out in the boxing ring. The rivalry between the two seems to step back from the 2017 World’s Strongest Man competition, as Hall claimed that he still isn’t over Bjornsson claiming that he cheated. Hall admitted that he is still waiting for an apology, and that could come in the sweetest possible way in September next year.
The Beast vs The Mountain: Who Wins?
Both athletes are already in training for the fight despite the fact that there is still over a year to go. The Mountain will clearly hold the advantage in terms of height and weight, but stepping into the boxing ring could mean that the weight that he is carrying could be a disadvantage. It should be an entertaining bout, but the preference would be for Hall to get his revenge.
Prediction: Eddie Hall To Win At 1.50 With BetXChange.
