The UEFA Champions League quarterfinals keep rolling, and we have four games this mid-week. That’s why we have made a short preview for each one, with BetXchange odds included.

Inter Awaits Atletico Looking Unstoppable

Inter’s defense has been solid, keeping four clean sheets in their last five games. Their only slip-up was against AS Roma, where they won 2-4 on the road. Simone Inzaghi was a solid striker and he always had his team playing offensive-minded football, not focusing on the defense too much. That changed now, and we are free to say that Nerazzurri have one of the strongest defenses in Europe.

Diego Simeone’s side had a rough patch with three winless games, including back-to-back losses that knocked them out of a domestic cup competition. They managed to stop that negative streak this past weekend, defeating Las Palmas 5-0 at home, which was beneficial for their and the fans’ morale

Inter’s defense is fantastic, regardless of the venue, and we all know how Atletico (Simeone) plays elimination matches. Undoubtedly, Atletico’s focus will be to protect its goal in Italy, and that’s why we pick under 2.5 hits here as the bet of the game. Inter, too, won’t pressure too much because this is only the first half of this matchup.

PSV and Borussia Dortmund Both Aiming the Champions League Quarterfinals

PSV cruised to a 2-0 victory against Heracles this past weekend, extending their unbeaten streak to four consecutive matches. The former European champions continue to dominate at home, riding a remarkable 17-game unbeaten run at their home stadium in Eindhoven.

Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund has also been on a solid run of form, going undefeated in their last nine matches. However, they have struggled to secure wins, with only four victories and five draws during this period. The Millionaires have been inconsistent on the road, managing only two wins and three draws in their last five away games.

In this case, we will go with high efficiency, and the reason is PSV’s approach. The Dutch unit attacks at home all the time, not caring too much about the rival’s name, and that’s going to be the case this Tuesday. Borussia will have to respond, otherwise, they might end up in a nasty position. Therefore, over 2.5 goals is the pick for this one.

In-Form Arsenal Goes to Porto

Porto has only one loss in the past ten games, which was two weeks ago to Arouca on the road. Other than that, everything is more or less fine for the Dragons, who often post wins with at least two goals scored. When playing at Dragao Stadium, the hosts are known to be very unpleasant.

There isn’t a better team in the Premiership right now than Arsenal, who has five wins in a row, all of them very confident. The last two were on the road, against West Ham, 0-6, and Burnley, 0-5, which shows the incredible form of Mikel Arteta’s crew. By the way, all these five meetings ended with at least three goals.

This is a game excellent for 2 or 3 goals. Arsenal is the favorite, but we won’t bet on that, yet take the moderate efficiency. It is the first leg, and there won’t be fireworks, yet on the other side, we surely don’t expect to see a peaceful and calm match.

Napoli’s Dream of Beating Barca

The Italian champs are in problems, and defeating Barcelona would heal their morale and improve the situation enormously. Only a win in the past five appearances is not good, and overall, the entire season has been disastrous for Napoli up to this point.

We can say the same for Barca, who experienced plenty of injuries that rocked the team’s morale. Right now, this unit isn’t looking good either, despite four games in a row without a loss, as there are way too many flaws in the back line that frequently emerge.

This is the ultimate chance for Napoli to improve things because we strongly believe in their win at home. Barca isn’t as formidable on the road as before, and we have to take a risk to bet on the hosts’ triumph.
