Says Branch Manager, Mudisa Puluko: “we wanted to create a safe and happy environment for our clients where they can have easy access to either offline or online betting in comfort and in style, and I definitely think we have achieved that.” The new horse race betting section is now also much larger and sealed off from the rest of the branch allowing for more privacy and exclusivity for their clients.
Security
At Keith Ho BetXchange security is particularly important and because of this, private pay out booths have been introduced to allow clients to receive their pay-outs discreetly and securely.
