Serie A is back, and we will be much more detailed in the future when it comes to this competition. The Italian championship is one of the most interesting in Europe, and it deserves to be on our radar.

The main event of the round is in Milan, where champions, AC Milan host Jose Mourinho and AS Roma. Other matches that draw attention are Juventus VS Udinese and Monza VS Inter.

AC Milan VS AS Roma

It’s one of the Italian classics, between two teams with a massive fanbase and great backgrounds. Milan is the Italian champion, and one of the most popular teams in Europe, a seven-time continental champion. On the other hand, Roma is one of the most popular teams in Italy, the reigning UEFA Europa Conference League winner. Plus, their head coach is Jose Mourinho. So this game is bound to be a spectacle.

Milan is coming off a win against Salareintana in the previous round, 1-2 , on the road. The champs play exciting and very attractive football, producing high-efficient events. Six of the past seven Serie A games they played saw both teams to score and over 2.5 goals. Rossoneri are highly efficient at home, scoring two or more times in eight of the previous 10 clashes in Milan.

Roma is sitting sixth in the standings, with nine wins, three draws and four defeats in 16 events. This unit is highly inconsistent because even though they have a positive record, Il Lupi tends to waste points when expected the least.

Mourinho has a lot of talent, but his bench is limited. We have to say that Il Lupi’s oscillations are extreme, surprising the fans both positively and negatively in a matter of days. After two draws in a row, against Sassuolo and Torino, 1-1, Mourinho’s crew beat Bologna in the most recent event, 1-0. Unlike Milan, their evens are inefficient, with the past four all under 2.5 scores.

This is a game between two sides with similar quality, and in our opinion, a draw is the best possible solution. Plus, Mourinho is going to be ultra-defensive.

Juventus VS Udinese

Juve edged out Cremonese on the road, 0-1, in their first game following a pause. It was another pale performance of the Old Lady, who had a lot of luck in this game. The hosts were denied two goals, both following VAR reactions. Though, with four consecutive victories at the Allianz Arena, we need to admit that Juve is pretty good at home these days.

As for Udinese, they are in terrible shape, with eight matches in a row without a victory. The most recent failure was at home against Empoli, 1-1, which is obvious proof of Udinese’s crisis. Udine’s biggest problem is defense, whic has only one clean sheet in the past 11 competitive events.

This is a nice chance for Juve to win, keep a positive streak at home, and boost the morale a little bit.

Pick: Juventus 3/4 at BetXchange

Monza VS Inter Milan

The newcomers to the league will have a big motive to beat Inter, because of their management, which includes Silvio Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani. Monza has four wins in the last five Serie A events at home, scoring eight goals throughout those victories. By the way, the past four of those clashes were with two or three goals.

Inter beat Napoli 1-0 in the derby of the round last week. With this victory, Nerazzurri are back in the title race, and that event made the entire championship much more interesting to watch. This was their third Serie A triumph in a row.

We are backing up Inter to win here and keep on with an excellent streak. This is a perfect chance to capitalize on the win over Napoli.

Pick: Inter wins 1/2 at BetXchange
