Game Week 2 Bet Preview
Following a barn storming first weekend of fixtures, the Six Nations is raring to go again in game week 2, with some fascinating fixtures on the horizon. The biggest winners of the weekend were Ireland, who blew away Wales in Cardiff and all eyes are now on Andy Farrell’s side, with defending champions France next up.
Les Blues were made to dig so deep to beat Italy in Rome last weekend, with a late try from Matthieu Jalibert saving French blushes. Whilst Ireland look to be a daunting task for France next up, Italy will be eager to rattle into England at Twickenham – as they chase their first ever competitive win against Steve Borthwick’s side.
Elsewhere, Scotland will be ready to put on a show for their home support, after deservedly winning the Calcutta Cup at the expense of England last time out and whilst Wales were beaten well by Ireland, Scotland will be wary of a response from Warren Gatland’s men.

Match Preview
Having been so impressive in Cardiff, there is now scrutiny on Ireland as they look to kick on in the 2023 Six Nations. Taking on France is never easy and whilst they did lack fluency against Italy, they still managed to get the job done.
Despite the fact it is only the second game week of the Championship, it does feel that the winner of this one will have the best shot at going all the way in the 2023 Six Nations. France will make this really tough for Ireland, but the momentum looks to be with Andy Farrell’s side.

Scotland vs Wales
Match Preview
Scotland will be eager to build on their superb Calcutta Cup triumph, as they take on a Wales side that very much look to be in transition. Gregor Townsend masterminded one of the great Scottish wins at Twickenham and his side look to be purring currently.
Wales meanwhile weren’t perhaps as bad as the scoreline suggested against Ireland, but Warren Gatland clearly has a job on his hands to galvanise his troops. This should be a decent game, with Scotland most likely to prevail at home.

England vs Italy
Match Preview
Having lost to Scotland last time out, England will be all too aware of the need for a response here against an improving Italian side. Steve Borthwick’s side showed clear positives in the defeat to Scotland but came up short when it mattered and now look to have a real job on their hands to reclaim the Six Nations trophy.
For Italy meanwhile, history potentially awaits, with England being the only side in the Six Nations that they have never beaten. The Azzurri were a whisker away from beating France last weekend and how they would love to cause a stir at Twickenham here.
Whilst the odds for this one look way too short, England should just about get over the line with home support backing them.
