The tenth round of the English Premier League comes following interesting results posted in the UEFA competitions during this mid-week. Arsenal hosting Liverpool will be the central event of the weekend, and we expect to see fireworks at the Emirates on Sunday afternoon.
Stay tuned for some BetXchange previews, odds and predictions.
Arsenal VS Liverpool
The Gunners were solid against Bodo in the UEFA Europa League. They managed to beat the Norwegian rivals 3-0 and keep on with the perfect record at home this year. So far, Arteta’s unit has five victories in five matches played, with at least two goals scored in each of those events.
On the other side, Liverpool regained a bit of its morale against the Glasgow Rangers, whom they beat on Wednesday night in the UEFA Champions League 2-0. Even in that one, we saw numerous mistakes by the defense, who had a lot of luck in staying unbeaten. Overall, the Reds have allowed at least one goal in seven of the last ten games across all the competitions.
We have a very efficient Arsenal on one, and Liverpool’s shaky defense on the other end. Also, we need to say that the Gunners’ back line isn’t impressive, which is why we believe that both teams scoring should be the best possible pick for this event. The odds might not be as many would want, but the risk is pretty low.

Everton VS Manchester United
The Toffees posted back-to-back wins, and are without defeat for the last seven events, though, winning only three of them. But that is good for the team from Goodison, who opened the season with two losses in a row. They play dull and very boring football, with few goals involved. Seven of nine competitive were with under 2.5 scores, which tells a lot.
United survived Omonia in Cyprus, winning 2-3 but again playing under expectations. We think they should be lowered in the future, because this team isn’t as good as many think. It might be ruthless, but that is it really. The defense was once again exposed, only this time against much weaker rivals.
Our pick for the game at Goodison is under 2.5 goals. United will be cautious, while Everton won’t attack, as they don’t have the capacity nor the mentality for such a style of play.
Pick: Under 2.5 goals 1/1 at BetXchange
Bournemouth VS Leicester City
The Cherries didn’t score in the apt three events at home, which is very odd because we know them as a team that likes to play open and offensive-minded. Furthermore, there weren’t any goals in their previous two home appearances, and the past four were with just one side netting.
Leicester finally recorded a triumph, demolishing Nottingham at home on Monday night. This was the third event they played with four or more hits, only now, the defense has been up to the task, while James Maddison perfectly orchestrated the offense.
We will go with both teams scoring in this one because Leicester has a terrible defensive unit, but on the other side, very efficient and potent attack. Bournemouth will be after a win, and we expect an open and aggressive approach on both ends.
Pick: Both teams to score at 3/4 BetXchange
Manchester City VS Southampton
Erling Haaland is on a mission, and this young fella is on the path to breaking all kinds of records in the EPL and Europe. His Manchester City hosts Southampton in a game that they absolutely need to win. Over the recent few years, we’ve seen the Saints creating problems for the champions, but we don’t think that it could be the case in this one.
Pick: Manchester City -1.5 1/3 at BetXchange
