English Premier League Round 23 is on. It starts in London, where West Ham clashes with Chelsea. The matchup of the week is in Liverpool, the Merseyside Derby between Liverpool and Everton. Leicester hosts Tottenham, and Manchester City welcomes Aston Villa. Stay tuned to see some previews with odds and picks for the upcoming round.
West Ham VS Chelsea
Both of these teams play rough and dull football. West Ham is near the bottom, closer to the relegation zone than the mid-section of the standings. Chelsea is far from the top of the table, and their form is bad. Graham Potter’s group did not score in the past two events and three of the previous five.
The Hammers’ efficiency is low, with the most recent five contests with at host two hits, and just one in which both teams have scored. Meanwhile, the Blues’ past three ended with one or no scores. This is the reason why we take under 2.5 goals in this case.
Pick: Under 2.5 goals 3/4 at BetXchange
Liverpool VS Everton
The Reds host the Toffees in the 242nd Merseyside Derby, with both sides coming in following a turbulent period. Everton changed the manager, and they immediately won, against the leaders, Arsenal 1-0.
Liverpool lost for the second time in a row against Wolves, 3-0, who blew into pieces the Reds’ defense and midfield. As mentioned several times, after the New Year, Liverpool’s backline is one of the worst in the league.
Still, under Sean Dyche, Everton will use “all in defense” tactics, which is why we take under 2.5 scores in this game as well.

Arsenal VS Brentford
The Gunners need to win and bounce back quickly following the last week’s shock at Goodison. After this event, they square off with Man City in a game that could decide the championship. The Bees are on the rise, with three EPL wins in the past four games, and not allowing a goal in four consecutive contests.
They come to Emirates to play and compete and be sure that this unit won’t park the bus in front of their goal. Over 2.5 goals are the best bet here.
Pick: Over 2.5 goals 3/4 at BetXchange
Leeds VS Man Utd
We saw the Peacocks and Man United playing against one another on Wednesday, with the guests taking a point at Old Trafford. Leeds was up 0-2, but wasted that advantage due to several mistakes. United has problems with injured players, with several starters out of the picture.
After four straight wins, they played 2-2 against Leeds, but overall, United plays superbly, scoring at least twice nine times in the past 10.
Their slip from Wednesday night won’t happen again because United learned its lesson. They should win and continue with excellent results.
Pick: Manchester United 9/10 at BetXchange

Arsenal VS Man City
Even though we needed to wait for the round to end and then make a preview of this game, we will do it a bit differently.
We all know that the Gunners and the Citizens have fantastic offensive potential and that the guests must attack to win and take all three points. The title is at stake, and Man City needs to triumph more than Arsenal.
The game should be open, with plenty of action in front of both goals. Therefore, both teams to score is our final pick for this article.
