The oldest football competition in the world, English FA Cup, is coming back this weekend. Round of 16 takes place all over England, and instead of presenting all 16 events, we at BetXchange decided to pick out a few most important and deliver the best picks and the odds for the same.

Stay tuned for five minutes to see what our offer is.

Chelsea VS Plymouth

The Blues were highly inconsistent over the past few weeks, rarely losing, but not providing wins often enough either. We are more than sure that Thomas Tuchel used this pause to regroup his unit and make certain adjustments.

Chelsea has a perfect opponent for coming back into the competitive rhythm, Plymouth, a League One member, and a team that likes to play open and offensive matches. The Pilgrims’ last four games saw over 2.5 goals and both teams to score and only confirms our claim from the previous sentence.

We predict the hosts’ easy and comfortable victory, who need that to boost the morale before the EPL and UCL challenges.

Pick: Chelsea -1.5 3/5 at BetXchange

Everton VS Brentford

A lot has changed for both sides in the last 20 days. The Toffees changed their manager, and Frank Lampard returned to the Premiership following his “unsuccessful” episode in Chelsea. Just to remind you that he created the team that later won the UCL title.

Meanwhile, the Bees signed the Danish playmaker, Christian Eriksen, who was one of the best players in the world before suffering a cardiac arrest during the EURO last summer. He probably won’t start against the Toffees, but nothing sure at the moment.

Only one of Everton’s previous five games didn’t end with goals on both ends, and the same goes for the Bees’ events during the same period. It appears that the respective offenses are much better than the rival’s defensive lines, so our picks here would be both teams to score.

Manchester City VS Fulham

The strongest team in the EPL meets arguably the best one from the Championship. If not the best, then the most efficient for sure. Aleksandar Mitrovic is doing wonders, and he is already near breaking the records for the most scored goals ever in the Championship. And it is still February.

On the other side, the Citizens are at full speed and they aren’t going to slow down now. This is the time of the year when Guardiola usually ends the title race, meaning that Man City’s form is at its peak. The best possible pick here would be over 2.5 goals.

Pick: Over 2.5 goals 3/10 at BetXchange

Tottenham vs Brighton

The Spurs had a busy transfer window, landing several players and getting rid of some, like Dele Alli. Antonio Conte is eager to win some trophies, and since Tottenham can’t reach the EPL title, FA Cup would be a perfect replacement, especially following the exit from the EFL Cup.

Meanwhile, Brighton is in solid form, without a loss for the past seven events. In six of them, they would both score and allow goals. The Seagulls have no respect for the rivals, and once smelling blood, they immediately start ruthlessly attacking.

Like in the previous paragraph, our pick here would be for both teams to score. On one side, we will have new and offensively improved Tottenham, and on the other, very sharp Brighton, who won’t defend, but rather try to surprise the Spurs and eliminate them in their own house.

Pick: BTTS 4/5 at BetXcahnge
