Leicester City finished the 2018-19 Premier League season with a much momentum as any team outside of Liverpool and Manchester City.
The Foxes were simply excellent after Brendan Rodgers was placed in charge, going on a rampant run to end the season that almost saw them clinch a European place for next term.
The problem is that when a team performs that well, other teams take notice and the bigger fish start to look at the players involved.
Harry Maguire is one player that has long appeared to be a target for the biggest clubs in England and, with Manchester City said to be put off by the asking price for Magure, it is Manchester United that are currently chasing the signature of ‘Slabhead’.
The 26-year-old is now an England regular and he will not be easy for United to prise away from the King Power Stadium. He is in the first year of a five-year contract and the £70 million price tag that was affixed to Maguire last summer has only increased as his performances have improved over that span.
United are currently 21.00 to win the Premier League and are 0.90 to finish in the Top 4. Leicester City are 22.00 to find their way into a Top 4 spot at the end of the 2019-20 season with BetXChange.
